Elegant, festive, charming. This is a piece of
porcelain fit for the Crown Princess of The
House. The details in the roses, periwinkle and
Sweet William depicted on these dishes
appear fresh picked from the cottage garden.
And of course, as with all fine china, this one
too is rimmed in gold.
This china displays several maker and
distributer marks on the underside -- they were
sold door to door, one piece at a time, to new
brides shortly after WWII.
These lovely berry bowls are well appointed
with glistening organza, satin and brass ribbon.
